RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDED RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 263 - WILLIAM E.
MONSON OF MONSON BROTHERS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public meeting held
on the 7th day of November, 1977, in the Chambers of the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that a certain
parcel of land, being the property of William E. Monson of Monson
Brothers , 33877 Weld County Road No. 31, Weld County, Colorado,
did on June 27 , 1977 come before the Board of County Commissioners
for the purpose of obtaining a Recorded Exemption on property more
particularly described in the Resolution of June 27, 1977, a copy
of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
and
WHEREAS, it has been further determined by the Board of County
Commissioners that the aforementioned Recorded Exemption No. 263
described in the June 27, 1977 Resolution requires an amendment to
its legal description as more particularly described as follows :
The West Half (Wfi ) of the Southeast Quarter (SEa) of
Section 20, Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th
P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, EXCEPTING a tract of land
located in the West Half (WA) of the Southeast Quarter
(SEq) of said Section 20, being 'Dore particularly de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of the West Half (W1) of
the Southeast Quarter (SEa) of said Section 20; Thence
South 278 feet along the East line of the W1 of the SEa
of said Section 20;
Thence North 39°31' West, 432.5 feet to a point on the north
line of the W1/2 of the Mk of said Section 20;
Thence South 78°36' East, 281 feet, more or less, along said
north line to the place of beginning.
Said described parcel of land contains 73.910 acres, more
or less, including a strip of ground 30 feet in width along
the South line of said described parcel of land, reserved
for County Road ROW purposes and is subject to any rights-
of-way or other easements as recorded by instruments of
record or as now existing on said described parcel of land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the above-described legal
description does amend the error in the legal description of
Recorded Exemption No. 263, and, be, and hereby is, approved.

RE: Amended Recorded Exemption #263
Dear Commissioners :
The attached plat is submitted for your approval as an
amendment to Recorded Exemption #263 which was approved
by the Board of County Commissioners on June 27, 1977.
The amendment to Recorded Exemption #263 consists of
deleting the small triangular piece of property located
in the northeast corner of the W; of the SE* of Section
20, T6N, R65W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Coloardo,
which was conveyed to the adjacent land owner (Davis
Farms, Inc. ) several years ago.
