Trying to understand Mayor flolton's concern my sense is that he should refer to the map since it is the boundary that is established. We worked with the Town of Ft. Lupton previously and are bound by the agreement that we set in motion through NFRWQPA regarding our boundary with Ft. Lupton. No additional area in Ft. Lupton is planned, anticipated or included and due to the general nature of the description that may be where the issue is coming. Bottom line, we are not adjusting any boundary with Ft. Lupton or assuming anymore than has been previously agreed to by SVSD and Ft. Lupton. Eric E. This is our 208 Boundary and if this is true I have great concerns about the County being involved in a public forum where they are allowed to overlay another district established by the State. Let me know if I'm correct in my assumptions.
