WCR 100 , Nunn, CO 80648-9700; (970) 897-2252, submitted a request for financial warranty reduction for the
North Weld Gravel, Permit No. M-1976-018. The construction materials extraction operation is located at or near
Section 7, Township 8N, Range 65W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Weld County.
Written comments or objections to the financial warranty reduction may be submitted to, and additional information
obtained from, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado
80203, (303) 866-3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days. The Division is required to wait
30 days after the release decision is made to allow for appeals.
