WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Section 12-28-103, CRS 1973, as amended, permits Weld County to grant permits for public displays of fire works by organizations and groups, and WHEREAS, Firestone Greenhouse and Jende-Hagan Bookcorp have applied for a fire works display permit for June 21, 1979, which display will take place at the Firestone Greenhouse, 5976 Weld County road #18, Frederick. Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado desire to grant said application. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Firestone Green- house and Jende-Hagan Bookcorp be, and hereby are, granted a fire works display permit for June 21, 1979.
