The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Water Quality Control Division is in a receipt of Letter of
Intent for the Use and Distribution of Biosolids for the above referenced site from Liquid Waste Management Inc.
Per the requirements of the Biosolids Regulation (5 CCR 1002-64, 64.B) a determination as to the completeness of the
Letter of Intent will be made within 30 days of the date of this letter. You should have received a copy of the Letter of
Intent from Liquid Waste Management Inc. Please notify me otherwise.
Please call me at(303) 692-3515 within 15 days of the date of this letter with questions, concerns or comments you may
have or with deficiencies you may have found in the Letter of Intent.
