RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 299 - ROBERT YORK. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public hearing held on the 9th day of January, 1978 , in the Chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the div- ision into two parcels of a certain parcel of land, as shown on the plat known as Recorded Exemption No. 299, being the property of Robert K.
