RE: ACTION OF BOARD AT SHOW CAUSE HEARING CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL
REVIEW PERMIT #1250 FOR A HOME BUSINESS (STORAGE OF CABINETS AND
EQUIPMENT) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - DONALD AND
MARGARET IARUSSI
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on January 5, 2011, a Show Cause Hearing was conducted to consider
revocation of Use by Special Review Permit#1250 for a Home Business (storage of cabinets and
equipment) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, issued to Donald and Margaret larussi, 5052 NE
County Line Road, Erie, Colorado 80516, and
WHEREAS, Donald and Margaret larussi are the current owners of the facility located on
property being further described as follows:
Lot A of Recorded Exemption #1500; being part of
the SW1/4 of Section 6, Township 1 North, Range 68
West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS,at said hearing of January 5, 2011,the Planning staff advised the Board that the
matter should be continued for a period of two weeks,to allow adequate time for a set of blueprints
to be submitted, and
WHEREAS,after hearing all testimony presented,the Board deemed it advisable to continue
the matter to January 19, 2011, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the matter be, and hereby is, continued to January 19, 2011, at 10:00 a.m.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
