RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF SUBMITTAL
OF PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAT, PF #1114 - PYRENEES
PROPERTIES, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request for an additional three-year
extension of the submittal of the Planned Unit Development Final Plat for recording, as required
by Sections 27-8-60 and 27-8-70 of the Weld County Code, with said Plat to be submitted by
March 28, 2014, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 16th day of February, 2011, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to February 28, 2011, in order
to allow adequate time for staff to research and provide additional information to the Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
February 28, 2011, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of February, A.D., 2011.
