Beginningat the NE corner of the NEI of said Section 22, running south
along the 3A§t line of said Section 22 to the South side of the "Eaton
Ditch" of The Larimer and Weld Irrigation Company; thence West 30 feet;
thence North on a line parallel to said Fent line of said Section 22 to
the North line of said Section 22; thence East along along the North line of said
Section 22 to the point of beginning, excepting therefrom the right of way
of said Eaton Ditch.

ROAD PETITION .
To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado:
Gentlemen:
We, the undersigned, Citizens and Freeholders of your County,respectfully represent that the
necessities of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at
a point in the public road on the north side of the Larimer and Weld
Canal, about 1000 feet south of the 1/4 corner to sections 22 and 23
Town 7 N. Range 66 W. of the 6th P .M. running thence in a north easterly
direction along the north bank of said canal, to a point opposite the
headgate of the EATON TOWN LATERAL thence in a north westerly direction
intersecting the present county road at the N.E. corner of section 23
and that the road between these points' on the section line between sect-
ions 22 and 23 be abandoned.

Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above
described, and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration
of the sum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of Weld, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agree to give the right
of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for

Said road to be not less than sixty(60) feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above described
and we. the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out,in consideration of the sum of one
dollar to us each,and severally in hand paid by the said County of Weld the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
- and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agree to give the right of way through our lands as shown by
