conditionally approved a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit,
USR11-0021 (fka AmUSR-428), for the property and purpose described below. Conditional
approval of this plan creates a vested property right pursuant to Article 68 of Title 24, C.R.S., for
a period of three years.
