of the Colorado Fatherhood Leader of the Year Award by the Colorado

organizations or public systems and helps create and implement new or
i s expanding programs that promote responsible fatherhood; and

WHEREAS,Tyler Osterhaus has earned this award by serving on the Colorado r
'. Fatherhood Council, Chairing the Colorado Men Against Domestic Violence l
Committee and on the Domestic Violence Child Protection Council; Working ,
W with community partners to offer Weld County's first Caring Dads' Program—a pLp . ".
program specifically for fathers with domestic violence charges and/or Vail.
