Everything looked good and was in place as was submitted in the original paperwork. This is not the first time that an event has been held here and we have not had any problems with past events. I am sorry that I could not make the meeting due to another appointment that I could not change. I just wanted to explain a few changes I made on the map they submitted. I put in the location of the beverage stand and checked to see that the alcohol was ordered from a source that is permitted. Everything looked good and I also marked the location that food will be served which is in close proximity to the beverage stand. This is within requirements of food or snacks being available when alcohol is being served. Also it is fenced and the one place of concern a temporary fence is always put up before the event. All the above was in accordance with the liquor licensing requirements. I talked with them about making sure they have someone working the gate so that no alcohol leaves the fenced area and ends up in the parking lot. This was covered and they already had plans to have someone working the gate. Also we talked about no alcohol to be consumed or served after 2 am and they understood that as a requirement for the liquor license. After my inspection of the area and talking with the property owners I believe that everything is in order and completed as required and I have no concerns for this event moving forward.
