RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO AREA AGENCY ON AGING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Area Agency on Aging, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mary Jones be appointed to said board to
replace Susan Bromley, with a term to expire January 31, 2014, and that Linda Banghart, Donna
Mason, and Alexander Zauder be reappointed to said board,with terms to expire January 31, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Mary Jones be, and hereby is, appointed to the Area Agency on Aging,with a
term to expire January 31, 2014.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Linda Banghart, Donna Mason, and Alexander Zauder be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Area Agency on Aging, all with terms to expire January 31, 2014.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 3rd day of August, A.D., 2011.
