The report was signed, dated, and stamped by Eric Wernsman, P.E. License 33371. Public Works would like to thank Mr. Wernsman for a concise drainage report. It appears that all calculations have been completed and most of the requested information has been supplied. Please see the comments below and the redline comments in the drainage report for items to be addressed prior to acceptance of the Final Drainage Report. This memo relates only to the Final Drainage Report. For other comments that are outstanding, please refer to the January 19, 2011 memo. Preliminary Drainage: • 1. Please address the redline comments on the drainage report and drawings that were returned to the applicant's engineer. 2. Please provide 2 copies of the Final Drainage Report and associated exhibits that have been stamped, signed, and dated by a registered professional engineer licensed in the State of Colorado. 3. Please include a map that shows the historic drainage basin boundary in the appendix of the report. Onsite and Road Construction Drawings The applicant has provided construction drawings for both the on-site and off-site improvements. The drawings have not been stamped, signed, and dated by a registered professional engineer licensed in the State of Colorado. 1. Upon acceptance of the construction drawings, please provide 3 sets of drawings (2 24 x 36 and 1 11x17) that have been signed, stamped, and dated by a registered professional engineer licensed in the State of Colorado. 2. Please address the redline comments provided on the construction drawings that have been returned to the applicant's engineer. 3. In order to prevent tracking of gravel onto the County Road, please show a set of double cattleguards extending across the access point into the site.
