The Housing Authority will reimburse the contractors as follows. All other provisions and requirements of the contract remain unchanged. The current Grant period is from Mar 2010 to Feb 2011. Contracts were executed between the Housing Authority and A Woman's Place,Greeley Transitional House and Catholic Charities. In February 1 was contacted by John Kruse and informed that the CSBG grant was going to be significantly reduced for the 2011-2012 grant year. He indicated that they would most likely not be able to support the shelters in the 2011-2012 grant year. They did however have$45,000 dollars they could add to the Grant for the current year if the shelters could provide documentation. The shelters were contacted and they all indicated they could provide back up for additional reimbursement of salaries. The $45,000 was received by the Housing Authority prior to Feb 28,2011. The documentation has been received from the Shelters. The current contracts with the Shelters need to be modified to include the increased funding.
