RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO FAMILIES, YOUTH, AND CHILDREN
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dr. Christopher Moore be reappointed to
said board as the physician representative, that Lawrence Raimer be reappointed as the law
enforcement representative, and that Gwen Schooley be reappointed as the mental health
representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Dr. Christopher Moore, Lawrence
Raimer, and Gwen Schooley to said board, all with terms to expire December 31, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Dr. Christopher Moore, Lawrence Raimer, and Gwen Schooley be,
and hereby are, reappointed to the Families, Youth, and Children Commission, all with terms to
expire December 31, 2013.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 23rd day of February, A.D., 2011.
