STIPULATED MOTION TO MODIFY CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER
COMES NOW PLAINTIFF Bruce Atkinson (hereinafter "Atkinson"), by and through
counsel Thomas D. Grant of GRANT, HOFFMAN & KAMADA, P.C., DEFENDANTS, Phillip
B. Locke and Rebecca Locke, by and through counsel Stanley T. Matsunaka of CLARK
WILLIAMS AND MATSUNAKA, LLC, and Weld County, Colorado, Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County and Weld County Treasurer by and through counsel Bruce Barker
of WELD COUNTY, hereby submits the following Stipulated Motion to Modify Case
Management Order:
1. The parties have conferred in this matter and are attempting to resolve this issue prior to the
final court date.
2. After conferring with regards to exhibits, expert witnesses and non-expert witnesses, the
parties have stipulated to allow such trial disclosures to be disclosed and exchanged by May 16,
2011.
3. No party will be prejudiced by this Stipulation.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests this honourable Court grant the Stipulated
