RESOLUTION NO. 2011-035
MAKING THE REAPPOINTMENT OF KEVIN HALLORAN, POLICE SERGEANT, TO SERVE
AS A MEMBER OF THE 911 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE AUTHORITY BOARD
FROM THE CITY OF FORT LUPTON.
WHEREAS; The City of Fort Lupton is authorized to select a qualified person to serve
on the board and,
WHEREAS; Sgt. Kevin Halloran is the most qualified and knowledgeable person
regarding public safety communications, so now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF FORT LUPTON, COLORADO:
That Sergeant Kevin Halloran is hereby reappointed to the Weld County 911 Emergency
Telephone Service Authority Board for a two-year term expiring December 31, 2013, this done
by the City pursuant to the by-laws of the 911 Authority Board.
APPROVED AND PASSED by a majority of the members of City Council this 14th day of
November, 2011.
