RE: ESTABLISHING THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO BE SERVED IN REGARD TO THE
APPLICATION OF ALVIN GARCIA, D/B/A GARCIA STORE FOR A 3. 2%
BEER LICENSE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, conducted a public hearing on the 9th day of July, 1979,
and took evidence to assist said Board in establishing the neigh-
borhood to be served in connection with the application of Alvin
Garcia, d/b/a Garcia Store, for a 3. 2% beer license for consumption
off the premises only, and
WHEREAS, the Board, after study, has determined that the
following described real estate should comprise the neighborhood
to be served in connection with said application, to-wit:
All of that part of the Subdivision known
as Espanola Subdivision (a/k/a Spanish
Colony) located in the Southeast Quarter
of Section 25 and the Northeast Quarter
of Section 36 in Township 6 North of Range
66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colo-
rado.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the abovedescribed real
estate be, and hereby is, declared to be the neighborhood to be
served in connection with the application of Alvin Garcia, d/b/a
Garcia Store for a 3. 2% beer license for consumption off the
premises only.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Commissioner Leonard Roe is to
make the on-site inspection for Alvin Garcia, d/b/a Garcia Store.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of
July, A.D. , 1979.
