RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Liska Fraser-Williams be appointed to said
board as the Human Services regular representative, to replace Kyle Ragland, and that Jason
Nava be appointed as the Human Services alternate representative, to replace Kelli O'Brien,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Liska Fraser-Williams and Jason
Nava to said board, with terms to expire November 1, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Liska Fraser-Williams and Jason Nava be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Juvenile Community Review Board, with terms to expire November 1, 2012.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on t h d y of February, A.D., 2011.
