RE: ADOPTION OF DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS CONCERNING THE PLATTE
RIVER POWER AUTHORITY RAWHIDE ENERGY PROJECT TRANSMISSION
LINE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has recommended that the County Road #17 route be the
route used by Platte River Power Authority for their Rawhide
Energy Project Transmission Line, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to adopt the develop-
ment standards as recommended by the Planning Commission, dated
April 3, 1979 , with development standard #1 being modified to
read as follows :
1. The route shall be the route designated
as the County Road #17 route in which to
locate the facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the developments standards
recommended by the Weld County Planning Commission dated April 3,
1979 be, and hereby are, adopted by said Board.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that development stan-
dard #1 shall be modified as stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of
August, A.D. , 1979.
