RESOLUTION WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 10 , 1975, in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, for the purpose of hearing the petition of Joseph G. Routzon, Ft, Lupton, Colorado, requesting conditional use permit for the location of a mobile home upon a parcel of land located in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the petitioner was present, and WHEREAS, there was no opposition to the request of the petitioner for the location of said mobile home upon the aforementioned premises, and WHEREAS, the said requested location for the aforementioned mobile home is located in an agricultural zone as set forth by the Weld County Zoning Resolution, and WHEREAS, according to Section 3. 3 (D) (3) of the Zoning Resolution of Weld County, said conditional use permit for the location of a mobile home may be authorized upon the approval of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the testi- mony and statements of those present; has studied the request of the petitioner and studied the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Commission, and having been fully informed: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the application and petition of Joseph G. Routzon, Ft. Lupton, Colorado, to locate a mobile home on the premises indicated above be, and it hereby is granted under the conditions following: 1. That any water and sanitation facilities to be installed shall be approved by the State Health Department. 2. That all applicable subdivision regulations and zoning regulations shall be followed and complied with in accordance with the Zoning Resolutions of Weld County, Colorado. 3. Subject to annual review and renewal of permit. 4. Said permit issued herein shall be restricted to petitioner ONLY, and only for the purpose of housing Faye F. Schmidt, mother-in-law of petitioner, and that said permit shall not run with the land. 5. By the granting of this permit by the Board, the permitee expressly understands and agrees that if said permitee no longer lives on the property or that if Mrs. Faye F. Scmidt, mother-in-law of permitee, no longer resides in said mobile home, the permit herein issued will be revoked and said mobile home shall be removed off the premises within thirty (30) days. �L' V-10 750449 Dated this 17thday of September, A.D. , 1975.
