FOR PARCEL OF LAND ON THE RIGHT OF WAY AT LUCERNE
EXPIRES JULY 9, 1981 : (M-54322)
WHEREAS, the Union Pacific Railroad Company
has tendered to the County of Weld an extension rider
convering a lease site located at Lucerne, Weld County,
Colorado, to be used for an equipment shed, and
WHEREAS, it is considered that the interests
of Weld County will be best served by the acceptance
of said lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Chairman
of the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado,
be and he is hereby authorized to sign said extension rider
with the Union Pacific Railroad Company covering aforementioned
parcel of land on the railroad' s right of way at Lucerne,
Weld County, Colorado for a site to be used as an equipment
shed. A copy of said lease is attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted this 17th day of May, A. D. ,
1976.

IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED by and between the present parties to the above-namsgi agreement
that the term thereof shall be and hereby is extended to and including _.._ _-Julyy 9 19_D__, and that
all the terms and conditions thereof, as heretofore or herein supplemented and/or amended, shall remain in full force
and effect during the extended term, said agreement with the supplements and/or amendments (if any) to be subject
to termination prior to the expiration of the extended term in the same manner as is provided therein for termination
prior to the expiration of the term hereby extended.
Special Provisions: Effective July 10, 1976, the Lessee shall pay to the
Lessor rental at the rate of Sixty-Eight Dollars ($68.00) per annum,
payable annually in advance, in lieu of the rental of Fifty Dollars
($50.00) per annum heretofore stipulated.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY has
tendered to the COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF COLORADO, an agree
ment extending to and including July 9, 1981, the term of
';lease dated July 19, 1961, covering a portion of the right of
way of the Railroad Company- to be used for an equipment shed
