To All Stockholders,
Even though at this year's annual meeting the assessments for this Fall were set to go
as high as $3 if need be, there will be no Fall assessment this year. As was discussed
at the annual meeting your management team was in negotiations with the City of
Aurora for an excess capacity carriage agreement with the Lupton Bottom Ditch
Company; we are happy to pass on the information that an agreement was reached
and a sizeable signing fee came with the signing of the contract. The Board also
recently reached a settlement agreement between Lupton Bottom and Aggregate
Industries for a dispute we have been in regarding their move and lining of The
Lupton Bottom Seep Ditch. Due to these influxes of capitol to the Lupton Bottom
Ditch Company and the fact that a majority of Lupton Bottom's cash usually comes
from Lupton Meadows assessments it was decided to not assess our typical Fall
Assessments. We will discuss these items at length at the next annual meeting and
hope that everyone experienced a great summer. Thank you and we will see you at
