We are sustaining audit findings and questioned costs related to the funding passed through the Colorado Department of Human Services. We do agree with the Corrective Action Plan as submitted. The audit findings and corrective action plans are summarized in the attached table. There are$765 of known questioned costs associated with these findings. The sustained questioned costs will be adjusted by the State in the monthly settlement process of the Colorado Financial Management System(CFMS). We are issuing this "Management Decision" per the Office of Management & Budget (OMB) Circular A-133 (Revised June 26, 20071 Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations Subpart D—Federal Agencies and Pass-Through Entities, Section .405 Management Decision. If you do not agree with this Management Decision you may submit an appeal in writing to my attention. Appeals shall be based on factual errors related to the audit finding(s) or an incorrect interpretation of law, rule or regulations, and should be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving this letter.
