NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The State Board of Equalization (state board) will begin the hearings on Friday, December 15, 2011, at
1:30 p.m. at 1313 Sherman St., Room 419, Denver, Colorado. The issues will be heard in the order
listed in this notice.

meeting held December 15, 2011.
COMPLAINT AGAINST PROPERTY TAX ADMINISTRATOR
Andrew Wyatt, Assessor of Prowers County, filed a complaint against JoAnn Groff, Property Tax
Administrator, alleging a violation of C.R.S. 39-2-109.
