The project requested for is a Mobile Medic Treatment Unit. The Mobile Medical Treatment Unit will allow WCPS or any agency requesting mutual aid for a large scale incident a resource for moving of patients and treating of patients during major incidents. We realize that by being one of the larger transport agencies in northern Colorado that our services will be utilized for mutual aid incidents involving eastern Colorado as well as North Central Colorado areas. The current needs of WCPS are a trailer with the ability to transport the medical gator and allow for treatment of patients during extended scene operations. WCPS currently does not have a shelter that would allow for the safe and effective treatment of patients during extended scene operations for any multitude of call types. The "toy hauler" would allow for the transport of the medical gator and when the gator is deployed the vacant space can be turned into a treatment area for patients during scene operations. This trailer would also allow for effective patient tracking and medical records management during incidents. The trailer would be self contained with a generator and shoreline hook up that would allow for operating of the various medical devices that require power during the treatment of patients. Data collection and reports can also be collected with greater ease during a large scale incident with the ability to operate our electronic patient care report for each patient treated. Estimated funding requested: $40, 000.00 Target Capability: CBRNE / Hazmat, Medical Surge Authorized Equipment List Number: 12TR-00-TEQP Hello
