RESOLUTION
RE: CREATING CASH REVOLVING FUND IN THE OFFICE OF DEPART-
MENT OF PLANNING (BUILDING INSPECTION DEPARTMENT),
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO,
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board of County Com-
missioners, Weld County, Colorado, that there is a need for a petty cash
revolving fund in the amount of not more than Twenty Five Dollars ($25. 00)
to be established in the office of Planning (Building Inspection Department),
Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that there has been a need to
establish a petty cash fund within the office of the Department of Planning
(Building Inspection Department), Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of the
County to establish such a petty cash account within the office of the Depart-
ment of Planning (Building Inspection Department).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that until further order of the
Board, a petty cash account, to be known as the "petty cash fund", in the
office of the Weld County Department of Planning (Building Inspection
Department) is hereby established and that such account shall not exceed
Twenty Five Dollars ($25. 00) at any one time.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on, motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on this 19th day of November,
A. D. , 1975.
