! arrest while driving her car on 47th Avenue in Greeley, Colorado, at ::i;which time high school senior Brandon Buggeln was on his way to lunch
° k ' from Frontier Academy, with a friend driving the car, and 0 N(

( ti ' WHEREAS, Mr. Buggeln noticed the woman and the seriousness of the
situation and instructed his friend to immediately turn the car around so
that he could provide aid to the elderly woman, and °
• r'440 1 . WHEREAS, through his complete training in CPR as a part of his ° -,
extensive lifeguard training, Mr. Buggeln recognized the severity of the
situation and carefully removed the woman from the vehicle, placing her
on the ground, and began CPR efforts, and °N.
tuns o , WHEREAS, when Weld County Paramedics arrived on the scene, they P.° (�i�F<.r o'i
found Mr. Buggeln performing high quality CPR and requested his ° -- - y\
° continued assistance as they initiated advanced care for the patient and I �'
° I prepared her for transport to North Colorado Medical Center, and

A', ° ' WHEREAS, without the actions of Mr. Buggeln and his timely
