Subject: Water Service at 16882 Weld County Road #1
To whom it may concern:
Longs Peak Water District currently serves domestic water to the above mentioned
address through a standard 3/4"x5/8" residential water tap. This service will provide water on
average between 12-15 gallons per minute. It will more than adequately supply water for 3
persons working in the residence. Longs Peak Water District also has a fire hydrant located
approximately 800 feet south of the residence located on Weld County Road #1 and North of
Weld County Road #34. This hydrant should provide approximately 700gpm.

Longs Peak Water District currently serves the property in question. We serve 16882 Weld County Rd 1 via a
standard residential tap# 120076. This tap will provide water to a single family residence up to 15 gallons per minute
through any standard house connection. Longs Peak Water District also has a fire hydrant located at 14389 East County Line
Road that provides approximately 700gpm.
Please verify that this is the information you need, and we can provide it on letterhead if necessary.

WATER. i live in the home and during the day we will have 2 people in the basement office. also Luann Penfold
from Mountain View Fire Protection District has concerns about enough water in case we had a fire. we are only
using cold storage for cpt and pad , We have a 1200 sq ft shop we also want to build a addiotion later aprox
51x51 we want to store cpt trash and keep anything from being outside so this place will always be clean and
