Road 44 La Salk,Colorado_ We have operated my business from this location for the past 12
nears. The business utilizes my elevator as an office to sell animal feed.pet food,pinto beans,
day,straw and shavings. We also have consignments of cars,trucks,farm equipment,trailers,
campers,RV's boats;ATV's,motorcycles and sheds. Another me is we p sehase metal and
aluminum cans from the public. We do not store this material on the property,we immediately

put into containers on a truck and haul away. We would like to apply to be able to have a self
contained food concession in a trailer or truck in the future.

USR 7 Day Review Reponses to Health Department Comments:
1. Septic system: I would like to propose that we could have some kind of vault.
2. Waste Handling Plan:The only waste that will be produced is normal trash from paper, boxes,
wood; ect. I will have a dumpster to put the trash in and have it hulled away by the trash
company.
3. Dust Abatement Plan: The driveway and parking area is gravel. In the event that dust
suppression is required, water from existing water hydrant will be used to wet down the drive
and parking areas.
4. Large plat map will be included.
5. Retail food license: At this time we do not plan on doing any food sales. That was something
that we might do in the future and at that time we will obtain a retail food license.
6. Vehicle maintenance and waste disposal: No, we do not service any vehicles on the property.
We take them to be serviced at a servicing garage. Therefore we do not dispose of any motor
• vehicle waste on the property.
Responses to Building Inspection Comments:
In the future we may want to put in a GE portable office. As of now there is no building going on so we
have no need for a building permit.
