The Department of Planning Services staff has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the
February 8, 2011 hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Department of Planning Services staff is requesting
that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy
the violations.
Weld County Zoning Violation Continued Cases:
ZCV10-00135 Sandra Carpio
Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30 and 23-3-30.1 of the Weld County Code.
The Noncommercial Junkyard shall be removed, restored or completely Screened from all adjacent properties
and public rights-of-way.
Weld County Zoning Violation Cases:

Code.

the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations.

Chapter 29, Article III, Sections 29-3-280 of the Weld County Code
The manufactured home shall be removed from the property or demolished after being issued a demolition
permit as the Department of Housing and Urban Development will not certify homes constructed prior to June
15, 1976.

Chapter 29, Article VIII, Section 29-8-40; Article IV, Section 29-4-10 of the Weld County Code
A permit application and all applicable documentation shall be submitted to convert from propane to natural
