Dear Ms.Mika:
In accordance with our contract,we will be adjusting our monthly fee per the Consumer
Price Index(CPI)for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers—Denver and Boulder
area,published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The base Denver/Boulder Consumer
Price Index for Urban Wage Earners(CPI-W)as of June 30, 2010 was 202.180. The CPI-
W as of June 30,2011 was 209.099. This represents an increase of 3.42%.

Per our contract,section 4.2,"Annual fee increases to the Agreement shall be no less
than 3.5% per year,and no more than 6% per year". The monthly billing amount for
base contract services will be adjusted by three and one-half percent(3.5%)or
$9,766.89 per month for a new monthly amount of$288,821.00. The monthly billing
for Service Expansion Request No.2009.02 will be adjusted by three and one-half
percent(3.5%)or$244.75 per month for a new monthly amount of$7,237.71,
Contract Amendment No.1 related to support of the Regional Communication Center
will be adjusted by three and one-half percent(3.5%)or$1,575.79 per month for a new
monthly amount of$46,598.29 and Service Expansion Request No.2010-01 will be
adjusted by three and one-half percent(3.5%)or$268.33 per month for a new
monthly amount of$7,935.00. The new billing amounts will be made effective
beginning with January 2012 services.
