The current"Hold Over" will continue for an additional month from 31 July 2011 and will terminate on 31 August 2011. All terms of the Lease Agreement will remain as stated. This letter also serves as the required 30-day notice that the Department intends to vacate the premises, located at 330 Park Avenue, Ft Lupton, CO 80621, on or before 31 August 2011.
