THIS MATTER comes before the Court sua sponte. On August 29,2011, this Court
ordered the Debtor to retain counsel pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 9010-1(e). No entry of
appearance has been filed on behalf of the Debtor. Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that this case be and it hereby is dismissed without prejudice, and it is
FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall give notice of this dismissal pursuant to Rule
2002(f), Fed.R.Bankr.P., utilizing whatever addresses may be available from the record.
