Addition to Administrative Comments:
Insert new text under the heading of"Prior to Recording the Plat", item I. and re-letter.
The applicant shall submit payment for the administrative fee associated with requested continuance of
the Planning Commission hearing for land use case number USR-1758 for Javier Barron-Sixtos, applicant.
Chapter 5 of the Weld County Code addresses Revenue and Finance related topics. Appendix 5-J number
20 speaks to Land Use Application Fees, including the administrative process of a hearing continuance.
The established fee is five hundred ($500) dollars with no/100s established by Weld County Code
Ordinance 2001-8; Weld County Code Ordinance 2002-10; Weld County Code Ordinance 2004-10; Weld
