We have 5 law dispatchers in training.
One 1/2 time dispatcher moved to full-time leaving us one half dispatcher over staffed.
We have one supervisor vacancy resulting in a net 1/2 position vacany.
Radio consoles upgrade is complete.
911 call answering times county-wide
Calls answered in less than 10 seconds: 88.73% Last year: 88.72%
Calls answered in less than 15 seconds: 98.17% Last year: 98.52%

This month 33.83% of our 911 cats were wireless.
Note: We've discovered that these "wireless" statistics are not accurate. WAC will be working with
phone system techs.to provide more accurate reporting on this and other phone system statistics.

Records Retention
All digital recordings of radio and telephone activity through the Weld County
Regional Communications Center PSAP shall be retained for 180 days.
• Recordings are deemed confidential and may only be requested and
released through Greeley-Weld County records.
