Dear Mr. Erlocker:
In reply to your telephone inquiry of June 21st regarding mobile
home violations at Country Estates, the Weld County Planning
Department made an inspection of the area on Monday, June 26th.
The inspector reported that all but one of the violations issued
in May of 1978 have been taken care of by the property owners.
The one in question was reinvestigated and was found to be a
travel trailer, not a mobile home. The property owner advised
the Planning Department by letter that no one was living in the
trailer and he was just storing it on his property. An
unoccupied travel trailer is not considered a violation of the
mobile home regulations.
