Subject: Amendment to Staff Comments—Compressor Sites

One amendment to staff comments is requested, this amendment applies to the Request and
also to Development Standard No. 1: Staff requests a call out on the number of compressors in
the request.
Old language:
Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit for Oil and Gas Support and Service,
including oil and gas processing facilities and related equipment, including, compressors associated with
gas processing or which compress gas to enter a pipeline for transport to market, in the A(Agricultural)
Zone District.
New language:
• Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit for Oil and Gas Support and Service,
including oil and gas processing facilities and related equipment, including, but not limited to,four(4)
compressors associated with gas processing or which compress gas to enter a pipeline for transport to
market, in the A(Agricultural) Zone District.
