RE: ESTABLISH CHANGE FUND FOR SHERIFF 'S DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado did, on the 20th day of November, adopt a resolution
which revoked all existing petty cash funds and change funds
except for those as specified in said resolution, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Sheriff ' s Department has requested
that a change fund in the amount of $100. 00 be established for
their department, and
WHEREAS, after reviewing said request, the Board of County
Commissioners deems it advisable to approve said request of the
Sheriff ' s Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that a change fund in the
amount of $100. 00 for the Weld County Sheriff ' s Department be,
and hereby is, established.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of
January, A.D. , 1979 .
