TAXES:
The on-line records of the Weld County Treasurer were examined to determine the status of
taxes assessed against the lands. Such examination indicated that all real property taxes
assessed this property are paid for 2009 and prior years and no severed mineral are indicated
therein.
SCOPE OF EXAMINATION:
The above information is based on an examination of the chain of title set forth in that certain
Title Commitment prepared by Land Title Guarantee Company, Commitment Summary-Vacant
Land WCR 26 (25095682) dated effective July 22, 2010; and a review of that certain
unrecorded (i) Warranty Deed dated August 6, 2010, between Donald K. Chadwick and L. Jean
Chadwick, as grantors, to Rawah Resources LLC, as grantee; (ii) Deed of Trust and Security
Agreement dated August 6, 2010, between Rawah Resources LLC, as borrower, and the Public
Trustee of Weld County, Colorado, for the benefit of Farm Credit Services of the Mountain
Plains, FLCA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Farm Credit Services of the Mountain Plains, ACA,
