Re: Contract#08CAA00014 with the Colorado Department of Corrections
Enclosed is notification from the Department of Corrections detailing changes in our contract
amount for the delivery of Intensive Supervision Program (ISP) services to local offenders under
the care of the DOC (parolees, etc). Through the Weld County Community Corrections Board,
Weld County sub-contracts with local agencies 81, Inc. and Rocky Mountain Offender
Management Systems, LLC. The contract value was increased by $6,000 to a new contract value
of$106,000 for the current SFY. Just as a side note, Weld County retains 2% of these total funds
(if fully expended) for our administrative support assistance. The contract allows the DOC to
make changes during the term of the contract and they do not require acknowledgement or
approval by the Board of County Commissioners.

a. Change in the amount of services within current term.
b. In accordance with Section 2.3. of the Original Contract routing number
08CAA00014, CMS 23082, between the State of Colorado, Department of Corrections
and Weld County, covering the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011, the State
hereby exercises the option for an increase in the amount of services at the same rates
as specified in the Section 2.1. of the Contract.
The amount of the current Fiscal Year contract value is increased by $6,000.00 to a
new contract value of$106,000.00 as consideration for services ordered under the
contract for the current fiscal year 2011. The first sentence in Section 2.1. is hereby
modified accordingly. The total contract value including all previous amendments, option
letters, etc. is $470,378.00.
c. The effective date of this Option Letter is upon approval of the State Controller
or February 18, 2011, whichever is later.
