HomeMy WebLinkAbout750681 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that a certain tract of land, being the property of Vern A. and Ethel L. Engel, Eaton, Colorado, and more particularly described as follow, to-wit: The West Half (WZ) and the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section 27, Township 7 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast Corner (SE Cor) of said Section 27, and considering the East line of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of said Section 27, as bearing North 01°52'50" East, with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto; Thence North 01°52'50" East, along the East line of the Southeast Quarter (SEI) of said Sec- tion 27, 2641. 72 feet to the East Quarter Corner (El Cor) of said Section 27; Thence South 89°59'06" West, 2641. 78 feet to the center of Section 27; Thence North 02°08'58" East, along the East line of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of said Section 27, 2641. 49 feet to the Northeast Corner (NE Cor) of said Northwest Quarter (NW4) of said Section 27; Thence South 89°58'11" West, along the North line of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of said Sec- tion 27, 2629. 39 feet to the Northwest Corner (NW Cor) of said Section 27; Thence South 02°25'06" West, along the West line of said Section 27, 5282. 52 feet to the Southwest Corner (SW Cor) of said Section 27; Thence North 90°00'00" East, along the South line of said Section 27, 5308. 31 feet to the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of said Section 27, said point being the Point of Beginning; Said described parcel of land contains 480. 602 Acres, more or less, does not come within the purview of the definition of the terms "subdivision" and "subdivided lands" as set forth in CRS 106-2-33 (a) and (b) 1963, as amended, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, desires to exempt this particular division of land upon the recommendation of the Weld County Zoning Administrator for the reasons as stated and pursuant to its authority under CRS 106-2-33 (d), 1963, as amended, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the hereinabove de- scribed tract of land owned by Vern A. and Ethel L.
