RE: APPROVE RESCINDING RESOLUTION#2010-3059,DATED DECEMBER 29,2010,AND
APPROVE CORRECTED RESOLUTION APPOINTING DAVE BRESSLER TO REGIONAL
COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution #2010-3059, dated December 29, 2010, the Board deemed it
advisable to appoint Dave Bressler to the Regional Communications Advisory Board as the
Paramedic Service representative, to replace Rod Deroo,with a term to expire December 31, 2013,
and
WHEREAS, after review on February 28, 2011, the Board deems it advisable to rescind
Resolution #2010-3059, dated December 29, 2010, in order to appoint Dave Bressler to the
Regional Communications Advisory Board as the Paramedic Service representative,to replace Rod
Deroo, with no term expiration date, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Resolution #2010-3059, dated December 29, 2010, be, and hereby is,
rescinded, and
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board that Dave Bressler is appointed to the
Regional Communication Advisory Board as the Paramedic Service representative, with no term
expiration date.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 28th day of February, A.D., 2011, nunc pro tunc December 29, 2010.
