Dear Mr. Korthuis::
Our review of the above-noted application revealed that the new
improvement is on currently exempt land. Therefore an application was not
necessary to gain exemption for the building. In accordance with our findings we
will at this time cease our review of your application, placing it on record as
withdrawn.
According to our policy, if a request for withdrawal is received once review
has begun the filing fees are non-refundable. In your case our office missed
noticing that the new construction was on exempt land, therefore the filing fee
will be refunded. This withdrawal is being processed after the application has
been assigned for review so the refund will be processed through our accounting
office. The refund check will be sent to you in a few weeks.
