MEMORANDUM OP AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, Made and entered into this 21st day of
January A.D. , 1976, by and between the County of Larimer, a
body politic and corporate of the State of Colorado, and the County
• of Weld, a body politic and corporate of the State of Colorado. '
• ' • WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, said Counties, acting through their respective
Boards of County Commissioners, have heretofore entered into various
and sundry agreements for the maintenance of the public road lying
between said Counties, and have heretofore entered into various other
• arrangements, understandings and agreements with respect to the
maintenance of said road, and it is the desire of both Counties that
all such arrangements, understandings and agreements be abrogated
from and after the date of this instrument, and that the future
maintenance, of said road by said Counties be fixed and determined
herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
mutual covenants and agreements of the parties hereto, it is here-
by covenanted and agreed by and between said parties as follows,
to-wit:
The County of Weld hereby agrees to maintain the said
public road. and bridges on the line between Larimer and,Weld Coun-
ties commencing at the Northwest (NW) corner of SeoL•ion 2, Township
4 North, Range 60 West of the 6th Principal Meridian and extending
from thence East to the Northwest (NW) corner of Section 6, Town- •
ship 4 North, Range 67 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, and
extending from thence North to the Northwest (NW) corner of Seo-
tion 10,-Township 5 North, Range 67 west of the 6th Principal Mer-
idian; also.commencing at the North end of the Cache La Poudre
River Bridge located on the West section line of Section 19, Town--
ship 6 North, Range 67 West of the 6th Principal Meridian and ex-
tending from thence North to the Northwest (NW) corner of, Section -30,

•- Township 7 North„flange 67 West of the 6th Principal Meridian; also
commencing at the Southwest (SW) corner of,Section 18, Township 8
North, Range 67 West o£ the 6th Principal Meridian and extending

The County of Larimer hereby agrees to maintain the said
' public road and bridges on the line between Larimer and Weld Counties

. - not included in that part to be maintained by Weld County as above
described. •This includes .only routine maintenance and repair and
'does not include replacement of any of the hereinafter mentioned
hridges'and/or their appurtenant overflow structures, .to-wit: •

traverses the west line of Section 19, Township 4 North, Range 68
West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado;
2. _ Bridge f13/54A over the Big Thompson River where it
traverses the west line of Section 19, Township,5 North, Range 67
West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado;
3. Bridge #13/66A over the Cache La Poudre River where it
' traverses the west line of Section 19, Township 6 North, Range 67
West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Counties have caused their
respective names and seals to be hereto affixed the day and year

LARIMER COUNTY, COLORADO, TO SIGN AGREIRfENTWITN
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, WELD COUNTY, COLORADO:

. WHEREAS, an agreement made by Che Board of County Commissioners of
Latimer County, Colorado, a body politic and corporate of the State of Colorado,
with the Board of County Cocmaissioners,•Weld County, Colorado, a body politic and
corporate of the State of Colorado, in reference to certain public road maintenance
lying between said counties has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interests of the County
to sign said agreement. •
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners,
Latimer County, Colorado; sign said agreement with the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof
, by reference.
