In 1963 Sinclair buried a gasoline deliver pipeline initl t-tow i beJblihStown and for
many years now it has passed thru residential. The high danger lifetime limit of buried
metal pipelines is 25 years, this 6" pipeline has now been in operation for 50 years and
the department of transportation and Sinclair pipeline both declare it to be a safe pipeline
for the delivery of high explosive gasoline from Sinclair Wyoming to a destination in or
near Denver and passing within just a few feet of homes, in addition many school
children and their parents congregate at that point daily almost directly over the buried
pipeline when waiting for the school buss. I say this pipeline needs to be replaced in the
residential area, or re routed. The brochure handed out by Sinclair stated that no buildings
were to be constructed within 50 feet of the pipeline but, Sinclair, the builder, and town
officials all ignored that warning and now homes are not only too close to the pipeline,
Sinclair has buried an additional 10" pipeline in the same easement as the 6" pipeline
creating a super hazardous explosive condition. We do not need a San Bruno,New
Mexico, or Mexico incident in Colorado
