RESOLUTION
RE: ADOPTION OF INTERIM AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PLAN FOR WELD
COUNTY.
WHEREAS, heretofore and on September 17, 1975, by Resolution,
the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, did adopt an
Affirmative Action Plan for Weld County, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board that there is a need
for certain revision of said Affirmative Action Plan necessitated for compliance
with federal regulations governing grants to the Weld County Department of
Human Resources, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board that additional revision
of the Affirmative Action Plan for Weld County will be necessary in order to
finalize said Affirmative Action Plan for Weld County by January 1, 1977, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of the
County to adopt an Interim Affirmative Action Plan for Weld County as submitted,
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the Interim Affirmative Action Plan
for Weld County as submitted, be, and it hereby is approved and adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Interim Affirmative Action
Plan for Weld County as submitted be effective forthwith and until further
order of the Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of June, A.D. , 1976.
