RESCINDING THIS RESOLUTION.
RESOLUTION
RE: TERMINATION OF FUNDING FOR FOSTER CHILD OF COMMISSIONER
ED DUNBAR AND LYDIA DUNBAR.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Section 3-8 of the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, and the statutes of the State of Colorado, are
vested with the authority of administering the affairs of
Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Ed Dunbar, a Weld County Commissioner has re-
quested the Board of County Commissioners to pass a Resolution
directing the discontinuation of any funding for and on behalf
of a foster child who is living in the hone of Ed and Lydia Dunbar,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, desires to honor the request of Ed Dunbar directing
the Department of Social Services of Weld County, Colorado to
discontinue such funding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Department
of Social Services be, and hereby is directed to discontinue
any funding for and on behalf of a foster child living with
Ed and Lydia Dunbar, effective on the date of this Resolution.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th
day of February, A.D. , 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 9th day of February, A.D. , 1977.
