The U.S. AgBank FCB is the owner of minerals underlying the acreage that is within the proposed development area. The Bank has no objection to this development plan, as long as such development does not impede our ability to develop our mineral estate. The Bank's interest is currently leased to L&W Ventures, LLC for oil and gas exploration. I would note that the Notice of Public Hearing references Dietzler Water Resources Corporation but the attachments provided by Patrick Engineering reference Daniel Water Resources Corporation.
